69a is a community art center in downtown Brattleboro where anyone can come and feel cared for. We provide space to rest, a free store, an art making corner, coffee and tea, hot meals, restrooms, music, and people to talk to. We are a space for community where you don't need to spend money, where you can just be. We are community run and maintained. People who use the space care for the space. We believe that everyone should have a place to feel seen and rest and be nourished.
We are open Sunday-Friday (closed Saturdays) from 10am-4pm, and serve hot breakfast and lunch! We accept donations whenever we are open.
